Scame is a family-run boat. Originally from France, Daniel Ballian and his wife Janine, are master sailors and the owners of Scame. They have been touring the world continuously for nearly thirty years! Their 21-year-old son, Teiki, has lived with them on the boat for his entire life, gaining a rich education that is truly global in perspective. |

Janine, who is from a "Pineapple Republic," is an exquisite international cook, specializing in spicy exotic food and fresh fish. Her meals are imaginative and delicious. |

The crew of Scame is fun-loving and informal, attentive and exceptionally skilled. There is a relaxed family atmosphere. Everyone on Scame is gracious in sharing with others their enthusiasm for surfing, sailing, free-diving and spear fishing. All are ecologically-minded. |
